What data we collect: 

Your name, address, telephone numbers and email addresses and any other personal data you may choose to provide. 

Why we collect your data: 

To assist in providing the services you have requested, for payment purposes and internal record keeping. 

How we collect and store your data: 

In your initial questionnaire, consultation phone calls, emails you send us and during sessions. Your details are stored securely electronically. 

How long we keep your data: 

Your data will be stored for as long as it is required to provide our business services to you or until you ask us to erase it (whichever is sooner). 

Do you share clients data?: 

We will never share your data with anyone else unless by your specific request. 

Your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR): 

Under the GDPR, anyone who has data held by an organisation is a ‘data subject,’ and has rights regarding how their data is held, used and disposed of; these include:

•       the right to be informed
•       the right of access
•       the right of rectification
•       the right to erasure, and
•       the right to object
